eToro Targets $4B Valuation in Upcoming Nasdaq IPO
Trading platform eToro is preparing for a U.S. public listing with a targeted valuation of up to $4 billion. The company filed regulatory documents with the SEC on May 5, outlining plans to raise $500 million through the sale of 10 million shares priced between $46 and $50 each. Shares will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select market under the ticker "ETOR."
Half of the offering—5 million shares—will come from the company, while existing shareholders, including CEO Yoni Assia and investors like Spark Capital, will sell the remaining 5 million. The move signals growing institutional interest in crypto-adjacent platforms as traditional markets warm to digital asset infrastructure.
